Why I’m Running
“Running for council wasn’t part of the plan.”
After serving my community as an elected volunteer board member for seven years, including consecutive terms as President, I realized the experience gained through community leadership could help residents across Wards 1 and 3.
Those years taught me that positive outcomes come from preparation, persistence, respectful dialogue, and a willingness to do the work.
As I listened to residents across our communities, I came to a simple conclusion.
I Have More to Give.
District Council decisions affect our taxes, services, infrastructure, public safety, and environment. Those decisions deserve careful scrutiny, sound judgment, and strong representation.
That’s why I’m running.

As District Councillor, I will advocate for transparent decision-making, responsible spending, fair municipal services, and protection of the lakes and communities that make this area so special.
With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience and seven years of local community leadership, I bring proven experience in budgeting, governance, infrastructure planning, and representing residents' interests through evidence-based decision-making and practical results.
