To contribute, send an Interac e-Transfer to:

- Residential address
- Phone number
- Email address
This information is required so that a campaign contribution receipt can be issued and campaign finance records can be maintained in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act.
Contribution Rules
To contribute to a municipal campaign in Ontario:
- You must be an individual who resides in Ontario.
- Contributions must come from your own funds.
- Contributions may not exceed $1,200 to any one candidate.
- Contributions may not exceed $5,000 in total to candidates running for the same council or school board.
Contributions Cannot Be Accepted From
- Corporations
- Trade unions
- Associations or organizations
- Individuals who do not reside in Ontario
- Contributions made on behalf of another person
Important Information
- Contributions are used exclusively for campaign purposes.
- Contributions are not tax deductible.
- All contributions will be reported in accordance with Ontario municipal campaign finance rules.
- Official contribution receipts will be issued for all eligible contributions.
