Understanding the Wards

Ward 1
Ward 1 covers the southern portion of the Township, including Port Severn and MacTier. It is the most accessible by road and is home to a significant and growing year-round population — families, seniors, and workers who depend on reliable roads, services, and a council that shows up for them.

Ward 3
Ward 3 encompasses the island communities and the Honey Harbour area — a unique mix of seasonal cottage owners, year-round island residents, and people who can only reach their homes by boat. These residents face distinct infrastructure and service challenges that demand a councillor who understands their reality and advocates for them at both the Township and District tables.
